Choosing the right therapy approach depends on your unique needs and goals. During our initial phone consultation, we’ll explore your challenges, history, and objectives. Based on that discussion, we’ll help you understand the different modalities available and recommend the approach—or combination of approaches—that will work best for you. The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and the issues and challenges you are wanting to address and resolve. Some clients experience significant progress in a few sessions, while others may need longer-term treatment to address deep-rooted issues like trauma or attachment wounds. On average, many clients begin to see meaningful changes within 6 to 12 sessions, but the process depends on the frequency of sessions and your unique situation and set of circumstances.
