Where it all began.
Our Story
Cove Counseling Group was founded by Leah Aguirre, LCSW and Diana Rabban, LCSW. Leah and Diana met in 2014 while both were working as clinicians at a trauma focused community based program for youth and young adults experiencing or risk of homelessness. That program, Counseling Cove, provided a strong foundation for both Leah and Diana. 10 years later, it felt only right to name our practice after a program where we met and that shaped us both as clinicians. Our hope is that our practice upholds that same culture- one that is inclusive and welcoming to everyone who walks through the door and is a space that provides healing and empowerment.
